PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a charge which is asked for a service user in conformity with the use state according to the use charge form of a predetermined service.SOLUTION: A user terminal A2a, a connection source, requests a 3PCC cooperation server 1 to start a call by 3PCC by the operation of an exclusive 3PCC cooperation application 3 at the time of a call. The 3PCC cooperation server 1 starts 3PCC on the basis of a call availability state received from the 3PCC cooperation application 3 of two parties who are going to communicate with each other. The call availability state is determined on the basis of various states of the terminals according to a call availability determination table included in the 3PCC cooperation application 3. Furthermore, the 3PCC cooperation server 1 includes a table storing a call charge from IP telephone service providers N2a, N2b and thereby ask a charge from a service user in conformity with the use state of the 3PCC service user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
