PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus configured to improve work efficiency of a maintenance personnel of an automated teller machine.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a communication section which receives fault occurrence information indicating an occurrence of a fault in an automated teller machine; a preventive maintenance information acquisition section which acquires preventive maintenance information associated with the automated teller machine indicated by the received fault occurrence information; and a transmission control section which causes the communication section to transmit information corresponding to the acquired preventive maintenance information to an information processing terminal operated by a maintenance personnel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
