PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of switching an operation mode of a radio communication device using a touch panel liquid crystal display device, the method including removing physical buttons for switching between a normal operation mode and a split operation mode to reduce the size of a housing, reduce cost, improve operability of the switching operation, and effectively use a displayable area of the touch panel liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: There is provided a contact operation to an operation screen 21A of a touch panel liquid crystal display device 2, the operation including: switching an operation mode, with a pinch-out operation to increase the interval between two fingers, from a normal operation mode of transmitting and receiving at the same operation frequency to a split operation mode of transmitting and receiving at different operation frequencies or a two-wave simultaneous receiving operation mode of enabling transmission and reception in a main band and simultaneously reception in a sub band in a different frequency band; and switching, with a pinch-in operation to reduce the interval between two fingers, from the split operation mode or two-wave simultaneous receiving mode to the normal operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
