PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan motor which enables easy wiring of a conductor wire and easy assembly.SOLUTION: A fan motor 1 is an outer rotor type motor in which an impeller 30 is provided at a rotor part 31. The fan motor 1 has: a stator part 50; a circuit board 61 electrically connected with the stator part 50 and configured to supply electric power for driving the fan motor 1 to the stator part 50; and a motor base 11 pivotally supporting the impeller 30. The motor base 11 has a cylindrical peripheral wall part 13 and a circuit board 61 is attached to an area near an end part of the peripheral wall part 13. A conductor wire 65 for providing electric power supply of the fan motor 1 is connected to the circuit board 61. A slit which leads from an area near the one end part of the peripheral wall part 13 to an area near the other end part is formed in the peripheral wall part 13 of the motor base 11. The conductor wire 65 is formed so as to be buried in the peripheral wall part 13 through the slit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
