PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire coating material composition that can enhance heat resistance without using electron beam crosslinking, reduces the weight of an electric wire, enhances flexibility and improves workability when handled, to provide an insulated electric wire and to provide a wire harness.SOLUTION: The electric wire coating material is constituted by using an electric wire coating material composition including (A) to (D) as given below: (A) is a silane-grafted polyolefin having a polyolefin having a density of 0.860 to 0.950 g/cmgrafted with a silane coupling agent; (B) is an unmodified polyolefin having a density of 0.860 to 0.950 g/cm; (C) is a phosphite-based compound and/or a melamine-based compound; and (D) is a crosslinking catalyst batch having a crosslinking catalyst dispersed in a binder resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
