PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yarn having many expansion graphite sheet pieces filled in a cylindrical member capable of keeping its thickness as uniform as possible.SOLUTION: Yarn 1 has a cylindrical member 8, many expansion graphite sheet pieces 7 formed into elongated shape and the expansion graphite sheet pieces 7 are filled in the cylindrical member 8 under a state in which a longitudinal direction of the expansion graphite sheet pieces 7 is aligned along an axial direction of the cylindrical member 8. In this yarn, the expansion graphite sheet pieces have longitudinal one end parts 11 and the other longitudinal end parts 12. Then, when the expansion graphite sheet pieces are inserted into the cylindrical member and filled, the one ends in the longitudinal direction of the expansion graphite sheet pieces and the other longitudinal ends of the expansion graphite sheet pieces are formed like a fine extremity end shape in such a way that the one end part in a longitudinal direction of the expansion graphite sheet pieces inserted in advance and the other end part in a longitudinal direction of the other expansion graphite sheet pieces inserted later than the expansion graphite sheet pieces can be oppositely faced to each other in regard to a radial direction of the cylindrical member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
