PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax coating ribbon fabric production flower capable of presenting a grave feel to be given from a superb matting degree near that of a fresh flower, for an artificial flower woven from one ribbon fabric into a rose shape or the like, and holding the entire shape and preventing deterioration.SOLUTION: A wax coating ribbon fabric production flower according to the invention is constructed by winding the starting end part of one ribbon several times to form a core part of a flower part and winding an obliquely folded part formed at the downstream side ribbon around the core part thereby to form a flower petal, and the terminal end part of the ribbon is gathered and fixed into the contraction of the lower side edge of the wound folded part thereby to form a flower stem so that the artificial flower is constituted of the ribbon. The artificial flower is dipped in wax liquid at about 80°C for several seconds to several minutes, and is then pulled up from the wax liquid, and the wax surface is dried. Next, the artificial flower is dipped in wax liquid of 65±5°C for several seconds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
