A composition comprising a product of a condensation reaction between a thermal cross-linking agent and a product of hydrolysis and condensation polymerization of a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1: In Chemical Formula 1, each of R1, R2, and R3 are independently one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, a C1 to C20 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a C1 to C20 substituted or unsubstituted hydroxy group, a halogen, a carboxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C7 to C20 arylalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 heteroalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkynyl group, and a combination thereof, provided that at least one of R1, R2, and R3 is one of a C1 to C20 alkoxy group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen, and a carboxyl group, R4 is one of hydrogen and a C1 to C20 alkyl group, L1 and L3 are independently one of a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkynylene group, —R—O—R′—, —R—N—R′—, —R—(C═O)—R′— (wherein, R and R′ are independently a C1 to C10 hydrocarbon radical), and a combination thereof, and L2 is one of —O—(C═O)—NR″—, —(C═O)—NR″— (wherein, R″ is one of hydrogen and a C1 to C6 hydrocarbon radical), —O—, —COO—, and —S—. |
