The base substrate (1) is provided with a perimeter wiring structure (3) electrically connected to an internal wiring of the organic electroluminescence structure (5). The perimeter wiring structure (3) comprises a welding portion (32); the welding portion (32) has a first surface facing the base substrate (1), at least a portion of the first surface being exposed to be electrically joined with a welding terminal of the flexible circuit board (4).
