Provided are a data transmission method, a base station and a station. The method comprises: when detecting that an unauthorized frequency spectrum channel is idle, a base station generating channel reservation information; the base station sending the channel reservation information at a first moment, wherein the channel reservation information is used for instructing the base station to occupy the unauthorized frequency spectrum channel starting from a second moment, so that a station receiving the channel reservation information is in a back off state after the second moment, the second moment being later than the first moment; and the base station performing data transmission via the unauthorized frequency spectrum channel at the second moment. In the embodiments of the present invention, when detecting that an unauthorized frequency spectrum channel is idle, a base station generates and sends channel reservation information, so as to ensure that a station receiving the channel reservation information is in a back off state when the base station occupies the unauthorized frequency spectrum channel to perform data transmission, so that the chance for the base station in a cellular system to compete for and use the unauthorized frequency spectrum channel can be improved, and a user communication rate and user experience are improved. |
