Provided are an article storage device, a data uploading method therefor, and a data uploading device. The data uploading method for the article storage device comprises: generating article storage data according to storage states of a plurality of article storage positions of the article storage device, and uploading the article storage data to a designated server; detecting whether the server returns feedback information corresponding to the article storage data; in the case that the feedback information is not received within a preset time after the article storage data has been uploaded, re-sending the article storage data. The present solution makes it easy for a user to find out the status and quantity of storage articles in a timely and accurate manner, and thereby use or supplement the articles. An uploading result is determined via the post-upload feedback information, so that re-sending or another measure is performed, ensuring the reliability of the data transmission.
