The present invention provides an audio/video processing method, apparatus and system. The audio/video processing method comprises: collecting local audio/video information according to an audio/video collection request sent by a local terminal; encoding the audio/video information to generate an audio/video code stream; sending the audio/video code stream to the local terminal, so that the local terminal forwards the audio/video code stream to a remote terminal. By means of the present invention, the local terminal can transmit multiple audio/video code streams to the remote terminal even if the local terminal does not have the capability of encoding multiple channels of audio/video. |
