The present invention relates to the field of electronic information. Disclosed are a data storage method and apparatus, which can reduce service life consumption of a Flash storage while realizing real-time data migration. The specific solution is: acquiring data and a first Flash address from a memory; migrating the data from the memory to a Flash storage according to the first Flash address; when the number of read/write times of the data in a first preset time is less than a first threshold, migrating the data from the Flash storage to a hard disk and deleting the data in the Flash storage; and when the number of read/write times of the data in a second preset time is greater than or equal to a second threshold, migrating the data from the hard disk to the memory. The present invention is used in data storage.
