PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent material comprising an anthracene or acridine ligand substituted at 9 and 10 positions, as well as to provide a device comprising the compound.SOLUTION: Provided is a novel organic compound comprising substituted anthracene or acridine ligand. In particular, the compound comprises an anthracene ligand substituted at 9 and 10 positions. The compound may, in order to provide improved efficiency and lifetime, be used in organic luminescence device.
