PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a position where a ground fault accident occurs, in a solar cell string in which a plurality of solar cell panels are connected in series.SOLUTION: A ground fault position detection device is configured to detect the position where the ground fault accident occurs, in the solar cell string while the solar cell string is brought into a floating state. The ground fault position detection device comprises: a plurality of measurement terminals which are connected to both terminals of the solar cell string; a grounding terminal which is grounded; a voltage regulation part which grounds the grounding terminal and, after the measurement terminals are connected to both the terminals of the solar cell string, generates such a voltage that no current flows to the grounding terminal, based on voltage being generated in both the terminals of the solar cell string; and an output part for outputting a result of the detection based on potentials in both the terminals detected by a detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
