PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to simplify setting of magnification in a copier having a variable power function.SOLUTION: A multifunction peripheral (MFP) has a variable power function of printing, while enlarging or reducing, an image of a document, and upon the use of the variable power function, displays, on a display part, a magnification selection screen 85 that is a screen for allowing a user to select a magnification. The MFP acquires in advance the size of sheets to be stored in a paper feed tray, and displays, as an option, a specific sheet magnification that is a magnification obtained from a combination of the acquired sheet size and a standard size of a document on the magnification selection screen 85.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
