PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device management system and a device management program capable of setting a piece of information acquired from a previous device to a new device even when the previous device is already removed from a network at a point when the new device is connected to the network.SOLUTION: The device management system manages a multifunction peripheral (MFP) via a network. The device management system receives an advance order of replacement of an MFP (S54); acquires a specific information from a previous MFP at a specific point of time before scheduled time of a replacement, which is included in an advance order of the replacement received in step S54 (S57); identifies a new MFP for the previous MFP (S59); and sets the specific information acquired in S57 to the new MFP identified in step S59 (S62).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
