PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of eliminating a reduction in throughput in an imaging routine at a reverse inclination position.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises: an X-ray tube generating an X-ray; a bed placing an inspection object; hand grips being installed at both sides of a longitudinal direction of the bed and gripped by the inspection object; wrist fixing instruments mounted to the hand grips for fixing wrists of the inspection object; and support mechanisms supporting the wrist fixing instruments mounted to the hand grips in a slidable manner in the longitudinal direction of the bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
