linear or branched (C1-C12) alkyl; linear or branched (C2-C12) alkenyl; linear or branched (C2-C12) alkynyl; said alkyl group, alkenyl group or alkynyl group may be substituted with at least one substituent selected from halogen, cycloalkyl, hydroxyl, alkoxy, amino, acylamino, aroylamino, heteroaroylamino and carboxy groups;heteroaroylamino;(C2-C6) heterocycloalkyl comprising in the cycle an oxygen atom and/or a nitrogen atom;benzyl optionally substituted with an alkyl group, halogen, an ether group and/or an amino group; orR2 and R3 form together with the nitrogen atom carrying them a saturated or unsaturated (C2-C7) heterocycle; R4 is selected from F, Cl, H, O—CH3, and —CH3; R5 is selected from H, CH3 and a phenyl group; with the proviso that R5 is H if X is not CH2. |
