The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial empty shells for farming to produce artificial empty shells using 100% natural shells, the method comprising the steps of: (A) washing natural shells to primarily remove impurities from the natural shells; (B) putting the washed shells into a burning furnace, followed by heating, to enhance the inherent adsorption function of the natural shells, remove salt, and secondarily remove impurities; (C) putting the burned shells into a pulverizer, followed by pulverizing, to make the burned shells into a micro-powder; (D) putting the pulverized shell powder in water, followed by aging for 70-100 hours, to make an adhesive paste; (E) putting the paste in a drying furnace to evaporate moisture and activate natural adsorption pores of the shells; (F) adding a binder to the paste with the activated adsorption pores, followed by compressing; (G) molding the compressed paste into empty shells for laver or oyster farming; and (H) drying the molded empty shells in a natural state. The present invention is directed to a method for manufacturing artificial empty shells for farming, the method being capable of recycling waste shells, thrown out after being shucked, as resources for manufacturing artificial empty shells; manufacturing artificial empty shells using only 100% natural shells; and solving environmental problems that have mattered in the conventional art. |
