The present invention provides: a conductive film with which it is possible to prevent the generation of a high-resistance portion, eliminate or minimize variation in electrode resistance values, and maintain or improve the sensor sensitivity of a touch panel; and an electrostatic-capacitance-type touch panel sensor provided with the conductive film. A conductive film in which a plurality of first cells comprising thin metal wires intersecting each pre-set and electrode-shaped edge line on both sides extending in one direction along a conduction electrode have a disconnection portion at a position where the thin metal wires constituting the first cells and the edge lines intersect, with the exception of a plurality of third cells in a closed state in which the percentage in number of a plurality of second cells where all apexes constituting a cell inward of an extended edge line set apart a fixed distance outward from the edge line is 50% or more. The apexes of the plurality of third cells present between the adjacent edge line and extended edge line are end points, or the thin metal wires oriented from the apex directly to the extended edge line have a disconnection portion. The fixed distance is equal to 7-20% of a mesh size, where the diameter of a circle of the smallest size in which adjacent cells are included is defined as the mesh size. |
