A universal audio adapter apparatus and electronic device. The universal audio adapter apparatus comprises: an adapter apparatus audio interface and an adapter circuit; the adapter apparatus audio interface at least comprises a first pin and a second pin, the first pin is one of a microphone pin and a grounding pin, and the second pin is the other one of the microphone pin and the grounding pin; the adapter circuit is used for cooperating with the electronic device to complete detection of successful matching between the adapter apparatus audio interface and an audio interface of the electronic device when the adapter apparatus audio interface is connected with the audio interface of the electronic device; wherein the adapter circuit at least comprises a load unit (R1) and a bidirectional booster unit (Q1, Q2); a first end of the load unit (R1) is connected with the first pin, a second end of the load unit (R1) is connected with a first end of the bidirectional booster unit (Q1, Q2), and a second end of the bidirectional booster unit (Q1, Q2) is connected with the second pin. |
