A method, device, server, and system for implementing a color ring back tone. The method for implementing the color ring back tone comprises: acquiring location information of a first terminal; comparing the location information with preset area information and generating alarm information when a comparison result satisfies an alarm condition; and, transmitting the alarm information to a second terminal via a multimedia color ring back tone system.
