The present invention is characterized in having: a storage unit 2 in which determination information for each of a plurality of answers to each of a plurality of questions is stored; a first calculation unit 3 for calculating, on the basis of the determination information, a question evaluation value for each of the plurality of questions or an answer evaluation value for each of the plurality of answers; an extraction unit 5 for extracting, on the basis of the question evaluation value or the answer evaluation value, a portion of the determination information stored in the storage unit as extracted determination information; a second calculation unit 6 for calculating, on the basis of the extracted determination information, an extracted question evaluation value for each question corresponding to the extracted determination information or an extracted answer evaluation value for each answer corresponding to the extracted determination information; and an evaluation result output unit 7 for outputting, when the second calculation unit calculates the extracted question evaluation value, an evaluation result for each question corresponding to the extracted determination information on the basis of the extracted question evaluation value, and outputting, when the second calculation unit calculates the extracted answer evaluation value, an evaluation result for each answer corresponding to the extracted determination information on the basis of the extracted answer evaluation value. |
