Disclosed are a medication guide apparatus, a medication monitoring support system using the same, and a medication guide method, which provide a procedural medication guide method with strengthened user authentication, thus minimizing the fake medication possibility of a patient, and minimizing a user′s intervention using image and sensor information from a recorded medication situation. The medication guide apparatus includes a medication alarm unit providing a mediation alarm when it is a medication time, a user authentication unit performing user authentication, and a medication behavior recording unit capturing an image of a medication behavior that a user takes a medicine according to a medication guide, and recording the captured image.
