PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device having a slidable coating layer that can exhibit stable slidability without imparting lubricant to a sliding surface, in which the coating layer can be formed of a composition that does not require an organotin compound as a curing catalyst, and to provide a syringe equipped with a gasket having stable slidability.SOLUTION: A medical device having a slidable coating layer that moves while contacting an inner face of a medical member or an inner face of a body cavity includes a slidable coating layer provided to a part that contacts the medical member or the body cavity. The slidable coating layer is formed of a composition containing solvent-free curable silicone-based resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
