PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SOFC manufacturing method by which anode interlayer delamination, or the destruction of a front edge part, through which a hydrocarbon fuel is put in the cell, attributed to a structural defect in the part or embrittlement thereof can be suppressed in a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) working in an internal modification mode.SOLUTION: An SOFC manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a first sublayer 13 of a first electrode 3 on a first face of a flat plate-shaped solid oxide electrolyte 5; and drying the first sublayer 13 of the first electrode 3. The SOFC manufacturing method further comprises the steps of: forming a second sublayer 23 of the first electrode 3 on the first sublayer 13 after drying the first electrode 3 before baking the first sublayer 13 of the first electrode 3; baking the first and second sublayers 13 and 23 of the first electrode 3 in a first baking process; and forming a second electrode on a second face of the solid oxide electrolyte 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
