PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal guidance support device which can provide efficient meal guidance high in continuity without decreasing a user's motivation by optimizing contents of the meal guidance in accordance with the user's taste and a state of behavioral change.SOLUTION: In a meal log DB 20, meal contents collected from a target user of meal guidance are accumulated as a meal log. In an attribute DB 30, attribute information on each target user is accumulated. A difference detection part 40 compares the meal contents of the target user with meal contents of a target user who has achieved self management and detects differences between them. A dietary restriction determination part 50 is provided with a tolerance determination part 501 determining tolerance of the meal guidance in accordance with a behavioral change phase of the target user, mitigates dietary restriction for resolving differences in meal content to tolerance in accordance with the behavioral change phase of the target user, and suggests it. The difference detection part 40 makes meal contents when the target user is in the same phase as the target user's behavioral change phase a comparison object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
