PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device having a lighting structure and achieving high designability.SOLUTION: An operation device 100 includes: a dial knob 104 which is provided so as to be rotationally operated and has an insertion hole 104a at a center of rotation; a push knob 106 which is disposed within the insertion hole 104a and provided so as to be operated by pressing; a decorative member 107 integrally formed with the push knob 106; and a substrate 101 having LEDs 101a.
