PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology effective in avoiding contact of a specimen with an objective lens when the objective lens is replaced with another in a microscope system including a microscope device to be used by switching plural objective lenses.SOLUTION: A microscope system 150 includes a microscope body 100 that includes a revolver 7 which retains plural objective lenses 801 to 806 and can move to an optical axis of any of the objective lenses 801 to 806. Herein, the revolver 7 retains the objective lenses 801 to 806, which are classified into a group of long working distance objective lenses 40 including objective lenses whose working distances are relatively long, and a group of short working distance objective lenses 50, which includes objective lenses whose working distances are relatively short, according to whether the objective lenses have the working distances equal to or larger than a predetermined value, in such a manner that the objective lenses are sorted by a magnification and grouped into the group of long working distance objective lenses 40 and the group of short working distance objective lenses 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
