Disclosed is a blue light photo-curing 3D printing pen, comprising: a housing, an ink cartridge mounted in the housing, a pen-tip mounted at a front end of the ink cartridge and extending out of the housing, and a photosensitive resin placed in the ink cartridge; the blue light photo-curing 3D printing pen further comprises several blue light LEDs arranged surrounding the pen-tip; the photosensitive resin flows out of the pen-tip and is irradiated and cured by the blue light LEDs, the blue light LED having a wavelength of 465 nm to 485 nm, and the photosensitive resin having a wavelength of 465 nm to 485 nm; during use, the blue light photo-curing 3D printing pen only requires a low photo-curing temperature and has no need for a high temperature, thereby saving 90% of energy consumption and protecting the user from the risk of burn injuries; also, the blue light LED lamp has a fast curing speed, thus saving time and easy to mold; the light emitted by the blue light LED lamp is visible light, containing no ultraviolet rays, thus causing no skin burns, and no atmospheric pollution and wastewater pollution; and the cured product has a good performance, wear resistant, anti-melted and anti-impact. |
