A conductive flexible substrate, a manufacturing method for the conductive flexible substrate, an OLED display device and a manufacturing method for the OLED display device. The conductive flexible substrate comprises a flexible substrate (1), meshed conductive circuits (2) arranged on the flexible substrate (1) and protruding from one side surface of the flexible substrate (1), and a conductive layer (3) filled between the meshed conductive circuits (2), wherein the meshed conductive circuits (2) are aligned with the surface of the conductive layer (3) on the side away from the flexible substrate (1). By means of the conductive flexible substrate, the conductivity of the flexible substrate can be effectively improved; and the conductive flexible substrate is applied to the OLED display device, so that the problem of poor conductivity of an anode in the OLED display device can be solved.
