A handover method for a macro base station in a wireless communication system, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving, from a terminal, measurement information on a femto base station in the same frequency band; determining whether a service for the terminal corresponds to a call service for a voice call service and/or a video call service; determining either the femto base station or a heterogeneous macro base station using another frequency to be a target base station for handover according to the determination result for the call service; and performing handover for the call service with the determined target base station. |
