The present invention a pipe heater which includes a heat insulation layer having a tube shape and a pair of separation surfaces formed on an entire length section; an outer skin coupled to an outer surface of the heat insulation layer to surround the heat insulation layer; a heat radiation layer having a heat radiation wire and installed to an inside of the heat insulation layer; and an inner skin installed to an inside of the heat radiation layer to surround the heat radiation layer. In addition, the outer skin includes a fabric outer skin layer formed by coating one of resin and rubber materials on both surfaces of a fabric made of polyimide fiber. Thus, the heat insulation of the outer or inner skin formed in a fabric structure may be improved. |
