PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting uplink signals by limiting spurious radiation by a user device.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: when an RF part of a user device is constituted so as to use an E-UTRA band 1, constituting the RF part of the UE so as to limit the maximum level of spurious radiation to -50 dBm in order to protect the other UEs using an E-UTRA band 5; when the RF part is constituted so as to use the E-UTRA band 5, constituting the RF part of the UE so as to limit the maximum level of the spurious radiation to -50 dBm in order to protect the other UEs using one of the E-UTRA bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 38, 40; and transmitting uplink signals via the constituted RF part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17b |
