PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of promoting the control of power consumption for energy load standardization to a user who is a power consumer.CONSTITUTION: A power control support device 10 includes: an input part 60 for inputting the taste information of a plurality of users via a network; a storage device 42 for storing a taste information DB for storing the taste information of the plurality of users in association with the users; a storage device 71 for storing coupon related information for storing a plurality of coupon information and the information of a plurality of stores; a coupon information extraction part 24 for reading the taste information for each user, and for extracting the coupon information and the store information following the taste information from a coupon related information storage part; a support information creation part 26 for creating power control support information for promoting the control of power consumption to be consumed at a predetermined place to the user; and a transmission part 30 for outputting the power control support information and the extracted coupon information and the store information which issues the coupon information to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
