PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing kit that can readily determine in a short period of time than in the conventional practice whether or not a test sample exists in a sample extract liquid even if a user drips the liquid in a larger quantity than is prescribed onto a sample pad.SOLUTION: Even if a user drips a sample extract liquid in a larger quantity than is prescribed onto a sample pad SP, the sample extract liquid is guided by a cover tape 5 into a conjugate pad CP, with the result that a specific reaction between a labeled antibody and antigens in the sample extract liquid takes place to facilitate obtainment of complexes; antibodies of correspondingly more complexes can be trapped with antigen trapping antibody of a membrane M; at the same time the length of time taken by the pertinent antigen trapping antibody to trap the antigens of complexes can be reduced, and accordingly whether or not a test sample exists in the sample extract liquid can be readily determined more quickly than in the conventional practice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
