PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, when one is bitten by a mosquito, one's skin becomes swollen and suffer from severe itch, due to allergic reaction, there are many kinds of antiallergic agents in a market, but in the agents, much time is required until an effect is exhibited, and one's skin is disfigured due to inflammation of wound due to scratching of a skin by nails, the itch is severe relative to pain, in the history of human beings, people all over the world suffer from itch of bite of a merely mosquito, and rational means which is facilitated in bioactivation is also desired.SOLUTION: The invention considers a fact that, allergic diseases are increased, as a human being life environment becomes cleaner. In addition, allergic rection such as pollen disease is suppressed due to foreign matters in a body such as lactic acid bacterium and roundworm.
