According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for sensing the location of a printed circuit board (PCB) comprises: a light emitting unit for emitting the light; a light receiving unit for receiving the light emitted by the light emitting unit; and a sensing unit for sensing the location of a PCB entering a chip mounting device by using information related to the light received by the light receiving unit, wherein the light emitted by the light emitting unit is collimated light, and the light emitted by the light emitting unit can reach at least one of the lateral surfaces of the light receiving unit and the printed circuit board. |
