Provided are a mold shakeout method and device that can be used in general-purpose casting lines having large adjustment ranges for mold shakeout conditions. A plurality of shakeout machines (14a, 14b) are disposed in series or in parallel. On the basis of molding condition data for setting input positions to the shakeout machines for each casting mold model for a casting mold for molding, pouring, and demolition, a casting mold (1) containing therein cast material after pouring is input to a prescribed position of the shakeout machines by a mold pusher (12). The shakeout machines (14a, 14b) can be a combination of a shakeout machine having a coarse grid and a shakeout machine having a fine grid. |
