PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for an overhead wire which is used for keeping a clearance between wires of which the clearance is short, and can be easily fitted by indirect hot-line work without power failure.SOLUTION: A spacer 1 for an overhead wire comprises: a spacer body 2 which is provided to bridge two wires 100a and 100b provided in parallel and includes an opening 6 into which the wires can be inserted in a radial direction, in an intermediate part; hold parts 4 and 5 which are provided integrally in both ends of the spacer body 2 for holding the wires which are inserted via the opening 6; and closing members 11 and 12 for closing the opening 6. The spacer body 2 and the closing members 11 and 12 include held parts 2a, 11b and 12b which can be held by an indirect hot-line holding tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
