PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection caused by trouble at a detector for detecting fast combustion while the fast combustion generated inside is being detected instantly.SOLUTION: This invention provides a solid fuel granulation device 100 comprising: a blower 30 for blowing primary air for supplying solid fuel granulated by a roller 13 to a classification part 16 into a housing 11; a pressure sensing part 50 for detecting an inner pressure of the housing 11 in reference to a reference pressure; a flow rate sensing part 60 for detecting a flow rate of the primary air blown by the blower 30 into the housing 11; and a control part 40 for controlling the solid fuel granulation device 100 to become the stopped state when an inner pressure detected by the pressure sensing part 50 becomes a prescribed pressure or more and a flow rate of the primary air detected by the flow rate sensing part 60 becomes a prescribed flow rate or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
