PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive with high thickening effect and high gelling effect that allows silicone oils and ester oils to thicken and gelate, even when added in a small amount.SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above object, there is provided a polyurethane polyurea, as the above mentioned additive, obtained by reacting a polyurethane polyurea prepolymer obtained from a material comprising a silicone derivative material having a specified structure, a specified diisocyanate compound material and a compound represented by following formula (C) with either or both of a nitrogen compound having a specified structure and a hydroxyl group-containing compound having a specified structure. In the formula, Rrepresents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or oxygen atom and y represents a number of 0 or 1, with the proviso that: when Rrepresents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, then y represents a number of 1; when Rrepresents oxygen atom then y represents a number of 0.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
