PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reproduction control of content by applying detection necessity information for voice electronic watermark.SOLUTION: A data processing unit refers to detection necessity information for voice electronic watermark recorded in management data corresponded with content and determines whether reproduction content is detection necessity content for voice electronic watermark or not to determine whether to perform voice electronic watermark detection or not based on determination results. The management data is a content certificate, content use control information, or a title key file. A data processing unit performs content reproduction that accompanies or does not accompany voice electronic watermark detection or corresponding processing in response to detection results according to detection necessity information recorded in any of the management data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
