PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of generating a new moving image using a plurality of predetermined regions such as regions of interest when the plurality of predetermined regions are present within one screen.SOLUTION: An image processing device 300 is configured to generates a second moving image using a first moving image including a first image and a second image, and has acquiring means 301 of acquiring information associated with position relation between a plurality of predetermined regions and predetermined regions included in a second image where reproduction order of the second image is arranged before the first image in the first moving image when the plurality of predetermined regions are included in the first image; determining means 303 of determining reproduction order of the plurality of predetermined region of the first image in the second moving image based upon the information associated with the position relation acquired by the acquiring means; and generating means 304 of generating the second moving image by combining the plurality of predetermined regions of the first image based upon the reproduction order in the second moving image determined by the determining means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
