PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle frame and an electric bicycle including the bicycle frame.SOLUTION: In a bicycle frame, a plurality of frame units is coupled to each other. At least one of the plurality of frame units includes: a hollow chamber; and a first division wall that divides the hollow chamber into a first chamber unit and a second chamber unit. The first chamber unit includes: an opening located at one side; and an accommodation space for accommodating a battery pack inserted through the opening. The second chamber unit includes a plurality of holes which connects an interior part of the second chamber unit with an exterior part of the bicycle frame so that a fluid passes therethrough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
