PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge coagulation method and device, and a sludge processing device capable of simplifying a device and steps.SOLUTION: A sludge coagulation device (sludge coagulation method) 1-1 comprises: a first coagulation feeding device (first coagulation feeding step) 40 for agitating and coagulating mixed sludge which is obtained by injecting a first polymer coagulant solution to sludge, and compressing and feeding the mixed sludge; and a second coagulation device (second coagulation step) 80 for, agitating and coagulating mixed sludge which is obtained by injecting a second polymer coagulant solution to the mixed sludge which is fed by the first coagulation feeding device 40 at lower speed than speed of the agitation of the first coagulation feeding device 40, forming a coagulation flock, for obtaining coagulation sludge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
