PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel primer set for peanut detection with high amplification efficiency which can be used in the PCR detection method for performing positive/negative determination for peanut which is a food allergen in food and drinks; and to provide a detection method using the same.SOLUTION: The invention provides a primer set for peanut detection comprising the oligonucleotide represented by a particular sequence, or a variant thereof, and a detection method using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
