This organic electroluminescence device comprises a substrate having recesses on the upper surface thereof, a reflective layer provided at least to the surface of the recesses, a light-transmitting filling layer which fills the recesses, with the reflective layer interposed therebetween, a light-transmitting first electrode provided to at least the upper layer side of the filling layer, an organic layer containing at least a light-emitting layer and provided to the upper layer side of the first electrode, and a light-transmitting second electrode which is provided to the upper layer side of the organic layer, wherein a coloring material is mixed into the filling layer. |
