摘要 Method of determination of unknowns (u;(ρcs, ks, ηz, qz, τz, λz, dz)) relating to the thermal evolution of a building comprising the following steps: c) there are provided predetermined values (m) at successive instants of observable variables, each being a loading influencing the thermal evolution of the building or a thermal response of the building; and d) the values of the unknowns (u) are determined by optimizing a functional (J). The functional is a function of a discrepancy between calculated values of the observable variables and the corresponding values of the latter provided in step c). The calculated values of the observable variables are obtained with the aid of a building thermal simulation module which provides the thermal response of the building as a function at least of the unknowns (u), and is based on a partition of the building into homogeneous zones and on a system of equations comprising heat equations for the zones and for the walls.
